Description
Kershaw Bel Air Beskar – Raw Aluminum with Black MagnaCut Blade
The Bel Air Beskar gives you Kershaw’s DuraLock folder in a stripped-down configuration. Raw aluminum handles keep the weight at 2.9 ounces while showing off the metal’s natural finish. The 3.1-inch reverse tanto blade is ground from CPM MagnaCut steel and treated with a black PVD coating. KVT ball bearings handle the pivot action, and the crossbar lock releases with a pull of the ambidextrous button. The reversible deep-carry clip works for right or left-hand carry, tip-up only. Heat-treated to 62-64 HRC, the MagnaCut steel holds an edge through repeated use and resists corrosion without a stainless designation. Made in the USA.
Key Features:
- CPM MagnaCut blade steel – Holds an edge longer than most stainless steels while maintaining toughness and corrosion resistance at 62-64 HRC hardness
- Raw aluminum handles – Uncoated 6061-T6 aluminum reduces weight to 2.9 ounces and shows the metal’s natural texture and color
- DuraLock crossbar mechanism – Solid steel crossbar locks the blade open; ambidextrous release button allows single-handed closing
